With a vision for building something meaningful, Amy is a community advocate focused on history, memory, and meaning. In 2025, her work was recognized with the Corley Lifetime Achievement Award from the Cobb Landmarks & Historical Society, reflecting a long-term commitment to historic preservation, public history, and community impact.

Focused on the care, preservation, documentation, and interpretation of the artifact collection. Christa is a mentor, historian, and preservationist dedicated to sharing the stories of Marietta. In 2023 she was recognized as the Georgia Association of Museums’ Museum Professional of the Year.
